The human body's biological clock

Our body has its internal clock, which determines when what is happening in the body, and mainly controls the phase of sleep and wakefulness. Its disruption can soon lead to disease. Let's see how and when the individual organs in the body work best...

The information below is for larks, others and owls will shift it by 1 to 2 hours (exceptions even by more), depending on how many hours you go to bed normally and wake up without an alarm clock - 8 hours of sleep is assumed. Larks go to bed at 10 pm - this does not apply to small children.

11 p.m. – 1 a.m.

The gallbladder starts working. Those who have problems with this organ usually wake up at this time or cannot sleep.

1 a.m. – 3 a.m.

The liver is activated. At this time there is a decline (the lowest oxygenation of the brain), so it is necessary to increase attention, for example, when travelling. The gallbladders also wake up at this time, because the liver and gallbladder are paired organs. It is not recommended to drink alcohol, smoke, eat fats, coffee.

3 a.m. – 5 a.m.

The lungs are active, so smokers, asthmatics, bronchial patients, people with colds and airway inflammation wake up at this time. At this time, one also feels the greatest fear and anxiety. The slightest thing becomes enormous.

5 a.m. – 7 a.m.

The highest activity is the large intestine. We recommend getting used to emptying at this time, avoiding stress and rushing. It is necessary to wake up gradually, because sick people feel very bad at this time. It is advisable to drink a lot of water or green tea.

7 a.m. – 9 a.m.

The stomach goes into action. It is very important to consume vitamins at this time. The body needs to be warm, so a cold shower or bath is not suitable.

9 a.m. – 11 a.m.

The pancreas and spleen are active, it is not recommended to drink alcohol! Honey, and fruit are suitable (it is the only time of day when the body is able to digest sweets). We should avoid excessive physical activity, but we can give high mental performances. The morning peak performance happens at around 11 a.m.

11 a.m. – 1 p.m.

Time of active heart activity. It is not good to load it with a large amount of food. There is a slight attenuation, beware of injuries! A walk or a short sleep is suitable.

1 p.m. – 3 p.m.

The smallest intestine is in its highest activity. At this time, tooth sensitivity decreases (suitable time for dental surgery). Physical activity begins to increase.

3 p.m. – 5 p.m.

The bladder works the most. It is good to drink herbal teas, play sports. The digestive system is able to receive hearty food, activity increases and reaches the second level of performance.

5 p.m. – 7 p.m.

The kidneys are working. It is very necessary to exclude everything that harms them - fats, sugar, salt, lemonade, chemicals, coffee, alcohol, cold, stress.

7p.m – 9 p.m.

The envelope of the heart - blood - comes into action. At this time, one perceives very well. It is a time suitable for listening to music and plays, meditation, etc.

9 p.m. – 11 p.m.

The activity time of the "three emitters" the body prepares for sleep, so we should do nothing to activate it. We do not smoke or eat.

Individual hours in a row:

1 a.m. Is a period particularly sensitive to pain, so we can often wake up in light sleep. Before that, a person had already gone through all the phases of their sleep in three hours.

2 p.m. If you don't sleep: don't drink coffee, tea and no spirits at all! It is best to drink a glass of water or milk. The liver works most at this hour, while the other organs work gently. The liver then successfully removes all fumes and toxins from our body.

3 p.m. Is the time when a person's completely physically exhausted body is explicitly resting. Even if you are awake, try to stay completely still, do not distract yourself and do not become upset! And if you are still working at this time, focus best on ending your activity.

4 a.m. We wake up with the slightest noise. Hearing is sharpened, although the body otherwise works at low speeds. It is the hour when, according to research, most deaths occur. The brain is supplied with a small amount of blood and the pressure is low.

5 a.m. Is a time for kidney rest and we have already changed several phases of our sleep. It is quite interesting that whoever gets up at this hour is soon alert and fresh.

6 a.m. We usually still want to sleep, but our body is already uncompromisingly waking up to a new day. The pressure has increased and the blood in the veins is starting to pulse more strongly.

7 a.m. At this time the body's defences are particularly high. It is given the best chance to defeat all bacteria and viruses.

8 a.m. The body is rested, the liver has rid it of fumes and poisons, therefore, it is necessary not to burden them with drinking alcohol and allow them to rest.

9 a.m. The heart works at full capacity, reducing the sensitivity of pain perception and increasing mental activity.

10 a.m. At this hour a person is supposedly in the best "sports" form and this vigour is maintained until lunch. Do not drink coffee at this time and do not waste your time on empty words or useless activities that would deprive you of unnecessary energy, because these will weaken later.

11 a.m. Our heart continues to work rhythmically in accordance with our mental activity and can handle a greater load without feeling its burden in any way.

12 p.m. (noon). There is a moment of mobilisation of all forces, so it is better to move your own lunch time to 1 p.m.

1 p.m. You usually begin to feel tired and feel the need to rest.

2 p.m. Reactions are slowing down even more.

3 p.m. There is a noticeable sharpening with regard to our sense organs and we get back in shape - we gain strength. It's a gourmet hour.

4 p.m. After the initial revival of body functions, they begin to decrease again.

5 p.m. Our work capacity is still quite high, especially athletes can train with double energy.

6 p.m. At this hour the desire for more movement is reported, we stop feeling physical pain, mental freshness decreases.

7 p.m. (evening) Mental stability is zero, blood pressure is rising, we are nervous and for the slightest stupidity we can argue. It's an hour good especially for allergy sufferers, and we also have headaches.

8 p.m. Our reactions are characterised by a wonderful acumen. There are almost no traffic accidents, drivers are in perfect shape.

9 p.m. At this time, a person's evening memory is much more receptive and is able to instil and retain many things over a long period that they were not able to do with the same effort during the day, it is suitable for actors and students.

10 p.m. Our body temperature drops.

11 p.m. Our body is already preparing to rest and among other things, continues to renew cells.

12 a.m. (Midnight). We start to dream if we went to bed at 10 p.m. Together, a person's body and brain balance their all-day activity and the effort associated with experiences, rejecting everything unnecessary and superfluous.
